DELIVERY AND DISPATCH INFORMATION
- Orders received before 1pm, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day*, subject to stock availability.
- Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day*. Subject to stock availability.
- International orders are subject to the country’s importation regulations. VAPESTICK will not accept liability should the goods fail to clear customs for any reason.
- Any dates specified by VAPESTICK for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence by notice. If no dates are so specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time.
*Excluding Bank Holidays and peak seasonal times i.e. Christmas, New Year, Easter and subject to opening times.

- Express Courier Service* (1 - 3 working days) = £3.99
- Express Courier Service* requires a signature upon delivery.
- Express Courier Service* delivery times are 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday (Excludes Public Holidays or Bank Holidays).
- Orders collected by Express Courier Service* on a Friday are normally delivered on a Monday.
- Express Courier Service* deliveries are subject to restrictions. See below:

- Express Courier Service* (1-3 working days) = £3.99
- Express Courier Service* deliveries require a signature upon delivery.
- Ireland and Mainland Europe - International Signed for Service (minimum 3-6 working days) = £9.99
- Worldwide - International Signed for Service (minimum 7 working days) = £35.00
- We are unable to provide an exact time scale for delivery as this will depend on the postal network in your country.
- Please allow up to 30 days for delivery before reporting an item as missing.
- Orders will require a signature upon delivery.
- It is the obligation of the Customer to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.
- For prompt delivery and to prevent your item from going astray, please ensure you have provided the correct shipping address. If an order is dispatched to an incorrect shipping address based on the information supplied by a Customer, then a surcharge of £10.00 will be imposed to resend the order.

- The Company shall not be liable for any non-delivery of Goods (even if caused by the Company's negligence) unless the Buyer gives written notice to the Company of the non-delivery within seven days of the date when the Goods would in the ordinary course of events have been received.
- Any liability of the Company for non-delivery of the Goods shall be limited to replacing the Goods within a reasonable time or issuing a credit note against any invoice raised for such Goods.
- The term Delivery includes the handling, packaging and the cost of delivery. Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the type of postal service available.
- Placing an order by phone or online is the User's Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Delivery terms and additional Terms and Conditions of service.
